FoxPuppy The story is always an great component of a Binaural Space track and this is no exception. Jan makes ambient music that has life and energy, which is no small feat.

SkyYamaha I can never quite place the feeling I have listening to Binaural Space, it's ambience with a level of mystery and haunting drones that come back to me again and again. I find this music is a nice companion to a quiet moment in nature. Absolutely adore this track on so many levels!!

about

The Earth. Close future.

People are pulling themselves together after the Corona outbreak. The total fatality wasn't as bad as predicted by WHO but that information won’t help all the people who have lost their relatives or friends to the disease.

Because a team of scientists from Göttingen came up with the cure, the Czech president is visiting Berlin, thanking Germany for saving the world. Unfortunately, he’s doing so with his typical inappropriate humor: “So you’ve finally redeemed yourselves from the World War. I mean the first one.” A few journalists laugh, the rest keep straight faces and check the time.

Families and individuals around the world are putting flowers on improvised memorials. Many grieve, most of them are, though, happy it’s all over, we’ve won the battle and the mankind can resume their usual lives.

Until next time.

This track was composed and recorded during a night of home quarantine, from March 10 to March 11, 2020. No sequencers, arpeggiators nor generative parts were used; everything was played by hand.

Dedicated to the survivors who have lost someone to COVID-19.

about

Binaural Space

Ambient traditionalists say to Binaural Space what the Emperor said to Mozart: “Too many notes.” In both cases, the rest of the world tends to disagree.
