This album celebrates the Join Hands Day (first Saturday in May) – adults and youth coming together to make a difference in their communities volunteering together, connecting generations and developing new relationships.

From the Tipentap (1st Uncle Fido album) liner notes:

"Tip en Tap was a Belgian animated TV series made in 1969.

It featured two puppies who used to get into some kind of mischief in each episode, to be saved by their uncle Fido, a flying dog, at the last second. At the end, the uncle would bring them back home to their beds and tuck them in under the sheets."

I hope this simple music inspired by a half-century-old animated series for kids and recorded on a 20-year-old multitrack tape recorder will bring something nice and warm to you. Enjoy and let me know.
